Gianfranco Carni’s delicatessen and butchery was founded in 1973 and is located in one of the central squares of Boves Municipality.
It offers its customers excellent quality meat slaughtered in its own slaughterhouse, processed and served with passion and competence.
Pork is also processed for the production of salami, bacon, sausages, cotechini and stuffed pig's trotter - the latter especially in the winter season.
