Fairs and festivals give the opportunity to get to know the typical products together with food and wine tradition, which boast recipes such as: Bodi and Aiôli, Sebos Abausos, Potato Pie, Ôla al fôrn, Stewed Tripe, Santarele, Strangôiapreve, Cojette al Seirass, Kid of Bisalta, Quajette, Tupinet, Persi pien, Ramasin cake, Côpeta, ... and the craft excellence: ceramic, glass and felt.
The music of the hurdy-gurdy, semitoun, flutes, bagpipes accompanies traditional dances such as courenta and balèt.
Particularly alive are the traditions related to Christmas: living nativity scenes, re-enactment of ancient crafts and representations of the Nouvé, Christmas carols of the Occitan area, real staging of the nativity and the characters of the nativity scene.
During the Carnival period instead you can meet the manhin, goliardic characters, or watch the viòun, short storytellers’ performances.
