Cheese producers since 1964 ... the name CARLETTI is synonymous with quality.

The founder is Mr. CARLETTI LIBERO who was born in Pradeboni, a hamlet of Peveragno, in August 1950. With only his strength and his determination, he founded the aforementioned cheese shop which today continues to live thanks to the help of his two daughters Sara and Veronica. We are currently boasting a moderate wholesale in many shops in Cuneo and the surrounding area and a selling point.

In the shop you can find a wide range of our fresh and mature products. Attentive kind staff can advise you which specialty to bring to your tables. Our DAIRY is located in the town center of Peveragno just 7 km from Cuneo.

We specialize in goat cheeses and more. Between tradition and innovation, we always manage to create products in a simple and genuine way.

With only milk from our areas from selected and controlled stables, our processing method has remained unchanged over time. In fact, we leave the whole cheese to mature naturally in the cellars on wooden boards to keep intact all its organoleptic characteristics.

Our top products are: SOLA, TESTUN DEL FEN, EL POURANHIN, and the tasty goat and sheep YOGURT.
